Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@nirovaa.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Unboxing video (mandatory, if applicable)

After verification, we will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.

Non-Eligible Cases

We will not accept claims for:

  • Minor color or design variations

  • Damage caused due to misuse or wear and tear

  • Delayed delivery by courier partners

  • Claims raised after the allowed reporting window
